Cosmo Den

A project that allows parents to pick up their children from school and keep working from a pod, while their children play!

Cosmo Den was a project that was a collaborative project between myself and two product designers, focusing on designing a service where parents can pick up their children from school and continue to work in a pod.

User Journey Map

An important piece of this service design would be knowing when to add touchpoints to this experience. Creating a user journey map will allow me to visualise how our target audience will interact with our service. Of course, it was important to carry the branding into everything we created so we could see the Cosmo's showing user's emotions.

Service Design Blueprint

Creating a service blueprint allows me to think about all areas of my service, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and no stone is left unturned. We came together as a team to create this blueprint, which allowed me to get 2 outside perspectives on areas that would have to be addressed.

Cosmo Den Branding

Another important element of our design is the visual language that we use. As this was a very fun and playful service that involved children, we had to be sure that this would appeal to both children and parents, thus using fun colours was a vital element of this design.
